Let me be clear

The art of transparence softens and simplifies our existence.
"The quality of allowing light to pass through so that objects behind can be distinctly seen."
As stated above, transparency is a quality of allowance.
To permit light so what lies /behind/ can be clearly seen.
What I like about this word is that it does not signify removal or meddling, only observance of what is /behind/. To see clearly, as it is in trueness.
When we learn to live with transparence, and accept the transparency of others, we are able to curate a sensible understanding of one another.
It is a given that transparency is a crucial letter in the alphabet of trust. To articulate ourselves clearly and truthfully is a basic component of a healthy life.
Practicing transparency looks different for unique dynamics, but the gist of it remains. The act of allowing light to clarify that which is hidden.
Transparency with a partner might pertain to physical intimacy, love, or commitment.
Transparency with a boss might entail honesty about a project deadline, or skill challenge.
Transparency with a friend could mean an uncomfortable conversation about habits or space.
Transparency with oneself may mean a long hard look in the mirror about what you truly want.
Transparence overarches several categories of difficult-conversations but can help reframe our viewpoints on all of them.
No matter how challenging, when we live and lead with transparence, we move with light—penetrating through smoke and mirrors toward a more authentic, understanding life.
